Description of work

•  Partake in all aspects of the project throughout the project process

• Assist co-workers as assigned

• Unload/carry/move materials “ must be able to physically carry 50-80 lbs

• Clean/prepare/pack up job sites in a condition ready for the Homeowner

• Operate hand/power tools

• Variety of working conditions from indoors and outdoors including crawlspaces and basements, loud noises, and dust

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Required skills

• Previous job experience is a plus but willing to train enthusiastic, motivated individuals wanting to learn the industry

• Ability to follow and take direction

• Ability to work as a team, follow supervisors and eventually lead others

• Strong work ethic

• Attention to detail

• Flexible as job sites can quickly change schedules

• Reliable

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation you will also be required to obtain and hold a DOT driver's certification.

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma/equivalent preferred

About

• Starting at $15/hr based on experience

•  Project incentives available after training

• Typical hours: M-F 7a-5p, Weekend work occasionally available

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $15.00  per hour plus project incentives if eligible

• Foreman and Co-Foreman can make upwards of 90k per year
